SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be therefore read alongside it.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS
Processing time
***We normally take minimum 30-40 days to make/process each order then we ship. Except if its our "one time art piece" then it'll take 3-4 days to process, after shipping it usually take 5-7 business days to reach inside India, outside India 10-30 days depending on distance.
*If any customer brought something from “ONE TIME ART PIECES” section for those products processing time is 3-4 days, then we will ship.
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for Every product. Pickups are available Everyday 10:00 AM - 8:00PM. We will send customers a confirmation after the order is ready then customers can pick up.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier will be responsible for shipping your products.
Shipping amount
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. If the shipping address is outside India extra shipping charges will be applied.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Customers are responsible for packages as soon as they enter the courier partner’s system. If there is an issue with any package once it is in Logistics hands, customers must contact their nearest courier partners office for help.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and customer may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, customers are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where they live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes. (Rare cases)
